How long does shipping take?
In general, most orders will be delivered in 12-14 business days. You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out. If you need help finding your tracking number or have further questions about shipping, please email us at email@example.com.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in continental United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $300, otherwise we charge standard flat-rate shipping.
Can I choose to expedite shipping?
Yes, for a $50 fee we can rush your order.
What is your return policy?
We love our products and we hope you love them to. If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return for a refund within 10 days of delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be unused and contain original tag attached (if any). Item must also include any and all original packaging to be accepted for return. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler. Returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee which will be deducted from final refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the ring you ordered is the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your piece for a different size within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. To begin the exchange process, please email email@example.com.
Does my order include a warranty?
All jewelry purchased on Diamonds & Desserts comes with a 6-month warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on our high quality standards and carefully manufacture and inspect every piece. In the rare event that your piece happens break due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly fix your item free of charge within the warranty period. Your warranty does not cover general wear & tear or and lost stones. Diamonds & Desserts is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “Delivered” by the deliver service. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler. To begin the return process please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
